Shipping and Returns Policy

Preparation for delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, sometimes up to 7 during busy periods and this is NOT included in the shipping time.

 All packages have specific tracking information.

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been shipped.

Waist Beauty NZ is not responsible for any International duty taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend investigating your tax laws for your own benefit.

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the order confirmation page at checkout. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times and holidays. If you have not received your package within the shipping estimates, please get in touch. Our contact details are found on the contact page in the top menu bar.

 Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operation at these times and unfortunately this is out of our control.

 All items are shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouses via DHL INTERNATIONAL. These warehouses are located in China. 

Once an order is finalised it cannot be cancelled.

If your product is has a defect, you may return the item within 30 days. After the 30 days the item cannot be returned. The item will be inspected by Waist Beauty NZ, and only then we will determine whether the product was faulty. If the product is deemed faulty by us, we will issue you a refund.

No undergarment product may be returned for a change of size or refund.
